How can you trust us????
WE  don't collect one penny until all the work is done and you have done a complete inspection and YOU ARE SATISFIED!!!  This eliminates any fear for you as a consumer of being taken advantage of. We spend our money to order the material needed to repair or replace the damaged areas.    YOU ARE IN CONTROL FROM STEP 1.
Why use a Claims Company?
If you were in a car accident and had to go to court, most of you would hire a lawyer to negotiate your way to a satisfactory result YOU WOULD NOT TAKE YOUR MECHANIC right?  Could you represent yourself in court?  Sure, but what would serve you better? Having an expert on your side to negotiate through the claim and help hire quality contractors to do the work for what the insurance company allows.

So how do we make money?  !
Simple, from the contractors.  Think about it.  They dont have to have telemarketing, salespeople, or inspectors.  When we give them the job all they have to do is what they do best.  Repair your home.  We select local companies that have been in business 10 plus years and have an excellent reputation in the business.  We pull their licenses and insurance to make sure they are current for your protection.  If they have subs working for them we make sure the proper waivers are in place to protect you from law suits.  Remember We work for you.

I trust my Insurance Company to do right by me!!!!
Trust is a good thing, We have found that the insurance companies do not try and take advantage of you.  What typically happens is that the insurance companies hire adjusters that are people just like me and you.  These adjusters are sometimes overworked and in a hurry to get to all their appointments.  They take their notes and then at the end of the day they enter them into the computer to figure out what your should be paid.  MANY, MANY times they have made many mistakes.  Thats why our inspectors do a full reports of your home so we all know what kind of damage you have.  Once the mistake are pointed out to your insurance company they are quick to fix them.

Cant I just keep my insurance  money ?
Would that not be considered INSURANCE FRAUD? Most insurance companies want proof that you have used that money to complete the repairs.  That is why they ask for invoices to be sent to them once work is complete.  Not only that if you file a claim on your home and don't fix it, you must report it when you sell your home and then you have a whole other set of problems.
