We have created a circle of contractors that will service you!! So many customers have come to us in the past complaining about hiring contractors and not getting what they paid for so we decided to step in and create a process where the consumer has someone to represent them.
Every sale that is made from our company to a contractor that contractor pays into whats called a warranty fund. This way if that contractor retires or cant get to you, then we take some funds out of the warranty fund and send another contractor to you. This way you the consumer are protected and guaranteed that you will always have service.
We created a circle of contractors that can service your home. We have found that in storms its not just the roof that gets damaged.
Step 1 We send our paperwork out to get your permission to have one of our inspectors do a complete home inspection..
Step 2 If our Inspector finds enough damages then we will contact your insurance company and set an appointment with
their adjuster to meet our inspector.
Step 3. Once the insurance company agree's on the damages they will Deliver to you whats called a "scope report" and a check
Remember this check is not for shopping!!
Step 4. We compare their scope report to ours and correct anything left out. We fax all corrections back to your
insurance company to get approval.
Step 6. We select all the contractors needed for you home repair and we begin.
Step 7. Once the repairs are completed we send one of our inspectors to give your home a final inspection for approval.
Step 8 We send in a completion certificate to your insurance company for final payment.
How do we ensure quality? Simple. Before the job is started we send one of our agents out their to photograph your home, then the contractors begin. In the middle of their job we come out and take progress pictures and once again at the end of the job. We also do a final inspection when your job is complete with both you and the contractor to insure satisfaction.
